Themed “Communication and Sharing, Protection and Inheritance”, the exhibition is sponsored by the China National Commission for UNESCO and the International Mountain Tourism Alliance; and, organized by the China Photographers Association and the Zhangjiajie Municipal People’s Government. The collection of exhibition works will last until August 31, 2020. Ouyang Bin, Zhangjiajie vice mayor, believed that Zhangjiajie couldn’t become such a well-known tourist destination without the promotion of photography. He expected to take the exhibition as an opportunity to build Zhangjiajie into an image exhibition and image big data center, and an exchange center for world heritages. This would help promote and protect world heritages, inherit and share it with all the people, and contribute to the construction of the Zhangjiajie national demonstration zone of high-quality tourism and economic development.
