As we all know, Tujia women are hardworking and industrials. They usually make all kinds of dried vegetables in boom vegetable season for eating in winter and changing taste.

It seems that Zhangjiajie Tujia women is good at making dried vegetables that one expects to find, such as dried potato, dried kidney bean and so on. When making dried vegetables, much technology is required. The dried vegetables made by Tujia women are not only bright in color, but also tasty. For example, if you want to make dried potato, the first thing you should do is peeling, and then boiling the potato slightly after soaking it. Next, step by step, draining and drying in the sun.
