Bright in color and highly spiced, it is the most delicious flavor in Changsha that invites me! It has attracted great popularity in all walks of life, from celebrity to common folks. And a lot of TV programs has propagandize it. For those who have come to Changsha, take the chance to try it!

Here are some steps for you to make a DIY at home:

1.Put the Shrimp in the boiling water and wait the shrimp to turn red totally, then dish up.

2.Burn the oil from the frying pan to eight mature and stir-fry the shrimp, add all the prepared ingredients except scallions: super-hot chilli pepper, ginger, Chinese prickly ash, salt, soy sauce, indispensable fermented bean curd.

3.Fry the shrimp for more than a dozen times, put a little cooking wine, and then add water to half of the main ingredient.

4.Cover the pot, and smolder the shrimp for 10 minutes, then dish up after adding scallions.
