Standing Committee member of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Secretary of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee Hu Henghua attended the ceremony and announced the agencies.On April 10 this year, the Ministry of Civil Affairs approved the application of the upgrading of Ningxiang County into a county-level city. The Ningxiang City’s administrative region is the same as its predecessor Ningxiang County. Administratively, it will be directly under the jurisdiction of the Hunan Provincial Government, and supervised by the Changsha Municipal Government.An investment promotion and contract signing ceremony was held at the Ningxiang Citizen Center the same day.
