Day 1,Zhangjiajie to Yichang to Yangtze

After breakfast,10 minutes Drive to Zhangjiajie train station for K1474(09:22am-14:24pm) to yichang city, finished your zhangjiajie pleasant trip.you will get yichang city at 14:24pm,and 1 hour dirve Transfer to Yangtze 2 Cruise. Board the ship from 17:30-21:30 for overnight accomodation.

Day 2,Yangtze- Three-Gorges

Three Gorges Dam, the largest water conservancy project ever undertaken by man and it has been a dream for several generations of Chinese people. The construction of the dam formally began in 1994. The body of the dam was completed in 2003, and the whole construction has been completed in 2009. It will be 2,335 meters long, 185 meters high, 18 meters wide on the top and 130 meters wide at the bottom.The tourists can get access to the top of the dam and enjoy different kinds of photo opportunities.

Day 3, Yangtze- Three-Gorges

Shennong Stream is another tributary of the Yangtze River, and its fast-flowing, crystal clear water runs southwards through deep gorges. The stream races past large and small karst caves, flocks of swallows, sheer cliffs, deep gorges, waterfalls, three-colored springs, rapids, the ancient plank path, a suspended coffin in the cliff, groups of ancient tombs and marvelous karst formations.

Day 4, Yangtze- Three-Gorges

Shore excursion to Fengdu  Ghost City (8:00-11:00am).

Fengdu is where the devil lives, according to Chinese legend. They say that spirits go to heaven, and evil goes to Fengdu. The town is overlooked by Ming Shan Hill, home of Tianzi, the King of the Dead. The whole place has an eerie feel to it with deserted streets, tower blocks, empty shops and banks. The only people here are those who make a living from visiting cruise boats.

Day 5, Yangtze-Chongqing- Chengdu

All meals as specified in the itinerary. Usually a buffet meal is served, with both Chinese and western food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but the captain‘s farewell dinner will be Chinese. All the meals are subject to the arrangement of the ship company.

Yangtze River Cruises.

The price quoted for a Yangtze River Cruise includes all meals onboard, and all land excursions including the smaller cruise fee to Lesser Three Gorges or Shennong Stream. (Optional land excursions are available for a few ships which will be specially noted.) The price does not include any incidental charges, including room service, mini bar, laundry, and drinks and bar charges, tipping, etc.

All land excursions are in groups escorted by a guide from the ship and a guide from the excursion site. No private tours are available for these excursions.

Routes and schedules for boats on the Yangtze are occasionally subject to alteration as a result of weather conditions or changes by the shipping company, or other elements beyond our control. If this happens we will notify you as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. The above cruise price includes Standard Cabins on Yangtze You will share a cabin with a traveler of the same gender.

For Check-in luggage: Adult and children are entitled to a free checked baggage allowance in economy class of 20kg /44 lbs, business class passenger 30kg /64 lbs and first class is 40kg /84 lbs). The size limit for each piece is 40x60x 100cmor 15.7x 23.6x 39.4 inches.

For carry on luggage: each economy class passenger is allowed one piece of 5kg/11 lbs; first-class is allowed 2 separate articles of 5kg/11 lbs each. The size limit for each piece is 20 x 40 x 55cm or 7.8 x 15.7 x 21.6 inches.

Personal Expenses:

Expenses of a purely personal nature such as laundry, drinks, fax, telephone call, optional activities, sightseeing or meals which are not included in the Item 5.

Gratuities, Tips to Guides or Drivers

We pay the guides and drivers a good and reasonable salary. However, we realize that some people might like to tip guides or drivers for their outstanding service. The amount of your tip is based on the satisfaction you have received from the guides and drivers. The usual amount is about 80-150 RMB/day to a guide and half amount to a driver (a separate offer to them is better) if their service satisfy you. Of course, you can pay more or choose not to pay on different occasions.
