On January 29th 2013,To create the atmosphere of Spring Festival, the propaganda department of wulingyuan district party committee organized careful plan, hung lanterns in the main street. Staff put four lanterns into a string, respectively hanging in both sides of the road, with a total of more than 500 strigs, more than 2000 lanterns.
