World Natural Heritage World Geopark The First National Forest Park of China
The photo taken on Dec. 18, 2016 shows over 1000 mu (about 66.7 hectares) of dawn redwoods turn various vivid shades of red in Paiyashan Forest Park located at Jingzhou Miao and Dong Autonomous County. They look like an unfolded red umbrella when seen from above.
