The photo as follow, taken on September 21, shows the newly harvested rice paddy stalks were placed in an orderly manner in Sanping Village, Songbai Town, Yongshun County, looking like many golden dragons in the fields. The villagers danced in the paddy rice fields to celebrate the harvest. On the same day, the county government held the “My Harvest and My Festival – Tujia Rice Drying” activity. About Harvest Festival:
On June 21 of 2018, the State Council agreed to set up the “Chinese Farmers’ Harvest Festival,” which will happen over the autumn equinox beginning from that year. The first session of the festival is September 23, 2018.
