You can take flight CZ3381 (Southern airline) from Canton to Zhangjiajie. There is no flight from Zhangjiajie to Fenghuang, you can rent a car,or you can take the regular bus, or you can take trian stop at Jishou city, then take a bus from Jishou to Fenghuang city.
