In the first chapter, I have just briefed the function of Rock Fungus, and this time, a recipe for those foodies!

Chicken soup stewed with rock agaric is really feast to your taste bud as well as a tonic to your body.

First step, soak the rock fungus in the warm water.that 30-70 ℃ for seven or eight hours to stretch it.

Secondly, rub the food with water that has washed the rice for several times to clean it.

Thirdly, add the fungus to the stewed chicken soup,and in order to keep its nutrition,avoid frying or stewing it for a long time.

Therefore,when you have time to enjoy picturesque landscape in Zhangjiajie, never forget to taste this delicacy!
