Qixing Mountain is located in Daping Town, Yongding District, Zhangjiajie City, Between Tianmen Mountain and Xiongbiyan Mountain, and It is the watershed between the Li River and and Yuanjiang Rivers. The highest peak has an elevation of 1528 meters, which is 10 meters higher than Tianmen Mountain.

The natural scenery of Qixing Mountain is extremely beautiful, and its tourism resources are unique. In 2013, it was listed as a major original ecological tourism resort project in Zhangjiajie City to attract investment both domestically and internationally.
