Zhangjiajie Lou River Drifting

Cili County 2012/12/12 View:9667

Zhangjiajie Lou River Drifting is a quality scenic spot invested and managed by Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Ltd Company. It is known as the “mini three gorges”. Along the river, spots cover densely, including more than 100. In addition, masses of stone elephant, stone horse, stone pig, stone gong, stone horn etc. stand there, clustered egrets fly in the blue sky and coupled mandarin ducks paddle beside the water.

There are only about 28 kilometers between Wulingyuan and the dock of Lou River. Its drifting section lasts for 38 kilometers, which can be divided into two parts: upstream and downstream: the former has a length of 16 kilometers, ending at Jiangya Hot Spring Resort Village and the latter 22 kilometers, ending at some place (links with provincial road 305,which allows a convenient transportation there) 10 kilometers’ away from Cili County, Zhangjiajie City.

In conclusion, Lou River Drift is considered as the most wonderful on-water amusement around Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.
