Miao Nationality’s Vegetable Bean Curd

Miao Nationality’s vegetable bean curd is made by vegetables and bean curd. It is one of the most favorable main dished in Miao people’s daily life.

Cooking methods:

1.Coarsely remove the peel of bean curd by milling it. Then soak it and grind into thick liquid. The thicker, the better. Generally, 1.5 to 2 kilograms’ bean curd is needed for 10 to 15 people to eat.

2.Clean vegetables up and chop finely at the ready. The weight of vegetables can be equal to bean curb or a little more than weight of bean curb.

3.Pour milled bean curd milk into a prepared pot for boiling. Add vegetables into it when bean curd milk is about to overflow the pot and stir it slightly. Turn off the fire as soon as vegetables are stewed thoroughly.

4.Add some sour pungent soup into it.
